A Prior Information Notice was placed on 4th May 2022. 1.2 This preliminary market consultation process is designed to inform the market of our future procurement intentions for a human resources solution for the library which is fully compliant with Public Contracts Regulations 2015. 1.3 2buy2 Limited are a Procurement Agent acting on behalf of the National Library of Wales who are the contracting authority in accordance with Public Contract Regulations 2015. 1.4 The self-service function of the system will need to be in both English and Welsh.
