IF108 - Water Rehabilitation Integrated Partnership Framework
Notice Description
NI Water and its subsidiaries are procuring an Integrated Partnership framework for its capital works programme to deliver capital works for PC21 and PC27 split across 3 lots with capacity to deliver Major and Minor Watermains Rehabilitation projects, and Service Reservoir Rehabilitation. This framework is for a duration of four years with potential to extend for up to four years, approved on a biennial basis (4+2+2). The agreed PC21 determination value for these type of projects is in the range of PS96m - PS270m. It is proposed that the Framework Agreement will be based on the NEC4 Contract.

Watermains Major Rehabilitation

Additional information: A Supplier Engagement session will be held by NI Water on Tuesday 8th November from 13.00-14.00 at the following location: FRC 1st Floor Conference Room. Finance & Regulation Building, Westland House, 40 Old Westland Road, Belfast . BT14 6TE . Numbers will be limited to three people per supplier. One person may attend the event in-person. The event will also be held virtually and two additional supplier representatives may join via virtual meeting. Please confirm attendees (indicating who is attending in-person and virtual) by submitting an email to epprocurementteam@niwater.com with contact name and accompanying email address. Please note that slides will be issued in advance early next week (w/c 7th November).
Renewal: The term of the Framework shall be for an initial term of four (4) years] and can be extended at the sole discretion of NIW for a second and third term of two (2) years respectively. The term of the framework shall not exceed 8 years.
