The magazine will be published quarterly in an A4 format and will include a range of content to promote: * Kentish Wedding ceremonies and venues * Kentish Partnership ceremonies and venues * Kentish Welcoming ceremonies and venues * Kentish Renewal of Vows ceremonies and venues * Kent Register Offices Website (akentishceremony.com): The akentishceremony.com website continues to go from strength-to-strength with a high number of unique visitors per year. The service provider will need to facilitate website maintenance and improvements, and facilitate website orders of the magazine. Bereavement Guide: The Bereavement Guide is an annual publication that features all the details people need to know about how to register a death and many of the other things that need to be organised at a difficult time. As part of the Kent Registration Service, the Council have unique distribution via its Register Offices, and it has agreements in place for distribution across Kent hospitals and hospices. Approx 15000 copies are printed each November Circa . Advertising Revenue: All of the above are produced at no cost to the Kent County Council. The service provider will generate income from advertising sold to feature in the above platforms and publications. The service provider is required to pay the Kent County Council a fixed percentage of all advertising revenue generated, the percentage amount will be as per the offer made in their bid. The remainder of the revenue will be kept by the service provider to cover overhead costs and profit.",
