Merseyrail are seeking to engage with suppliers to understand the market offering for penalty fare and prosecution software available. The product will manage the complete Penalty Fare and Prosecution process from issuing notices using a mobile device and mobile printer, to managing the notice life cycle in a fully integrated back office system.
