The design, supply, installation, and test of: Potable Water Storage Tanks, Chemical Storage Tanks, Tanks (with or without roofs) for water and wastewater applications including the holding of sludge and wash water.

The design, supply, installation, and test of Potable Water Storage Tanks
The design, supply, installation, and test of Potable Water Storage Tanks will have to be Drinking Water Inspectorate Compliant and will be required in a variety of sizes depending on site requirements. To optimise efficiency Scottish Water will provide a list of tanks sizes to become standard order but there may be occasions where a bespoke tanks is required. Additional information: Scottish Water reserves the right to award to two operators where it deems appropriate. PQQ documents can be accessed via Scottish Water Delta e-sourcing https://scottishwater.delta-esourcing.com/tenders/UK-Glasgow:-Tanks./3EEJQ73A2M and through the Response manager section using access code: 3EEJQ73A2M. Separate PQQ submissions required for each Lot you want to bid for.

Multi-Lot Tanks FrameworkThe design, supply, installation, and test of Chemical Storage Tanks including but not limited to (High Density Polyethylene, GRP, (uPVC) Lined GRP and (PP) Lined GRP). The Chemicals to be stored include but are not limited to Aluminium Sulphate (8%), Hydrated Lime and Quicklime, Ferric Sulphate (up to 40%), Ammonium Sulphate (40%), Poly Aluminium Coagulants (solid/ liquid), Bulk and Bagged Sodium Carbonate, Sodium Hydroxide (22-47%), Hydrochloric Acid (25-36%), Sodium Hypochlorite (10-15%), Sulphuric Acid (51-96%), Phosphoric Acid (25-93%), Polyelectrolytes and Chlorine Dioxide (10-30%). The tanks will be required in a variety of sizes depending on site requirements.
