In order to further meet the need and build on evidence gathered from 2021/22 Education Scotland are looking for a Service Provider to develop a programme of supervision spaces for 225 participants to support the mental health and wellbeing for those in a leadership role with the following: - Supervision spaces for taking care of yourself and those you lead - The provider with support from the ES strategic lead for workforce support, A will work with leaders across Local Authorities to increase engagement and participation of the workforce and to develop more sustainable, local and strategic approach approaches to supporting the mental health and wellbeing of the workforce. This will involve linking with: - Local Authority leads with responsibility for health and wellbeing - ES Regional Improvement Teams - Regional Improvement Collaboratives - This will be coordinated in collaboration with Education Scotland.
