PURCH2103 PROVISION OF A FRAMEWORK FOR EMPLOYEE AND ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING Tender documents available from Public Contracts Scotland. LOT 1 - Communication and working with people

PURCH2103 PROVISION OF A FRAMEWORK FOR PROVISION OF EMPLOYEE AND ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING LOT 1 - Communication and working with people In order to develop employees' interpersonal communication skills, OD is looking for providers who can design and deliver standard or bespoke workshops which cover a range of topics. LOT 2 - Managing People

PURCH2103 PROVISION OF A FRAMEWORK FOR PROVISION OF EMPLOYEE AND ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING LOT 2 - Managing People In order to develop the skills of the University management population, OD has identified a portfolio of management training courses, which it wishes to offer through its open course provision. This suite of courses will provide delegates with the essential skills and knowledge to effectively communicate with, manage, and motive both individuals and teams to achieve their best performance. LOT 3 - Project Management

PURCH2103 PROVISION OF A FRAMEWORK FOR PROVISION OF EMPLOYEE AND ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING LOT 3 - Project Management The University is looking to provide employees who are responsible for the delivery of projects with the skills and best practice tools and techniques required to effectively plan, manage, and monitor the delivery of successful results.
