To establish the second version of the current Medium Works framework with The Eduction Alliance. This national framework covers Works projects between PS250k and PS10m in value, within the UK for the whole of the public sector. The framework will aim to provide the public sector with a Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR2015) compliant procurement vehicle that enables public authorities to be able to purchase from local, as well as national Contractors. The Framework term will be 4 years with no option to extend from January 2023. The framework shall be open to all public sector bodies within the UK, including, but not limited to:* Schools, Academies, Further Education & Universities* Local Authorities* NHS* Blue Light* Independent and Private SchoolsThe framework agreement would be let on a national basis

Lot 1 PS250 - PS1m
