Culture Index Data Analytics Tool
Notice Description
This requirement is for a Culture Index Data Analytics Tool. Whereby, such a tool should come in the form of a digital solution for measuring employee and ideally student experience, across aspects of; belonging, wellbeing, and connectedness. The proposed platform (or tool) sought, will enable a change of practice from conventional ad hoc surveying, to a feedback loop approach, to actively help identify experiential gaps and opportunities, to support our work to develop an inclusive and compassionate culture.

Whereby, such a tool should come in the form of a digital solution for measuring employee and ideally student experience, across aspects of; belonging, wellbeing, and connectedness. The proposed platform (or tool) sought, will enable a change of practice from conventional ad hoc surveying, to a feedback loop approach, to actively help identify experiential gaps and opportunities, to support our work to develop an inclusive and compassionate culture. We are seeking to establish an initial contract with a three (3) year term, with the option to extend by two (2) twelve month extension periods.
