FilmG is a Gaelic short film competition promoting and encouraging all aspects of filmmaking from young people to industry professionals. Since its launch in 2008 it has been a hugely important vehicle for BBC ALBA and many of its participants have gone on to develop media careers and receive further industry recognition. Additional services have become necessary and a change of contractor would result in significant inconvenience /substantial duplication of costs for MG ALBA.
