Notice Description
This is Notice of an Amendment to be made to the DPS in pursuance of the original Notice 2017/S 116-232992 published in OJEU on the 16th June 2017. All other details relating to this DPS remain unchanged. The change comprises extending the validity period with a further 60-months extension option, reviewed at 12 month increments whereby the authority can amend (extend, shorten, terminate or re-procure) the DPS. This DPS remains accessible by members of CHIC to all UK public-sector bodies (potential members) including (but not limited to): * Housing Associations * Local Authorities and Government Departments * Registered Charities * NHS and Health and Social Care Groups * Emergency Services * Schools and Academies/Colleges and Universities * Libraries and Museums , including those listed in Schedule 1 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015/102.

Category 1: Consultants, including but not limited to Architects, Principle Designer, Cost Consultants, Planning, Employers' Agents, Project Managers, Purchasers' Agents, CDM Co-Ordinator, Valuations, Clerk of Works, Structural Engineer, Surveyors (including Quantity/Soil/Asbestos/Topographical/Party Wall/Building), Acoustic Engineers, Fire-Risk Assessors, Ecologists, Traffic/Transport and Highways.
Renewal: CHIC are extending the validity period with a further 60-months extension option, reviewed at 12 month increments whereby the authority can amend (extend, shorten, terminate or re-procure) the DPS.
Category 2: Additional ServicesCategory 2: Additional Services, including but not limited to Contractors for remediation, demolition, site clearance, asbestos removal, geotechnical, landscaping and agriculturalists (e.g. knotweed removal). Additional information: The DPS is scheduled to last for 5 years and commissions will be exercised via mini-competitions only. Details of the range of services being sought and method for application to join the DPS can be found in the tender documentation.
