The PIN is to advise the market of a Pre-Market Engagement Event. An open tender to procure a full insurance programme in 16 lots including the main risk areas of; liability, motor and property. In addition, as part of the current arrangements there are some more specific areas for which quotes will also be requested such as Fine Art, Airside, Marine. Lot 1 Combined Property (material damage and business interruption) to include * General and Education Properties * Commercial and Industrial Properties Lot 2 Contract works, hired in plant, own plant Lot 3 Fine Art and Collections Lot 4 Computers Lot 5 Engineering Inspection and Insurance Services Lot 6 Travel and Personal Accident Lot 7 Combined Casualty - to include * Employer's Liability * Public/Products Liability * Officials Indemnity * Professional Indemnity Lot 8 Fidelity Guarantee/Crime Lot 9 Medical Malpractice Lot 10 Drone Lot 11 Motor Fleet (to include Fire Vehicles) Lot 12 Fleet Accident Management for OWN Damage (excluding Fire Tenders/Appliances and HGVs) Lot 13 Marine Lot 14 Airside Lot 15 Schools - full insurance package Lot 16 Casualty claims handling below self-retention figure
Renewal: The initial contract will be let for a period of three years with an optional two year extension period. The contract will ultimately conclude after a maximum of five years.
