The works comprise the fitting out of a new four-storey primary school at Canary Wharf comprising the following:- * 14nr Classrooms * Pupil WC's and Staff/Assisted WC's * Hygiene and Assisted Shower Room * Dining/Gym/Multi-Use Room * Administration Base and Staff Rooms * Library * Commercial Kitchen * Associated Stores * Plant and Server Rooms Works include all building services with the exception of Plate Heat Exchangers, internal finishes, joinery, fixed fixtures and signage. Externally a canopy and external play surfacing are to be provided.
