Notice Description

In support of the NHS Wales National Succession Strategy and delivery of key talent and succession objectives, outlined in HEIW's IMTP . HEIW proposes to deliver aspiring executive development centres, with the aim of supporting NHS Wales aspiring directors/executives to assess their current capability and readiness to move into an executive role and provide a visible national pool of executive talent. This requirement relates to the design of an aspiring executive development centre model and delivery of the model to pilot in a live environment. The requirement will also involve the development of internal capability and experience of HEIW / NHS Wales staff, through the provision of training, shadowing and resources, to enable continued delivery of the aspiring executive development centre without reliance on external expertise. The requirement is broken down into the following Lots: Lot 1 - Design, development and evaluation of an executive development model Lot 2 - Additional aspiring executive development centre delivery Lot 3 - Support to HEIW for aspiring executive development centres
