                "description": "The Digital Partner contract has two fundamental purposes:- -To complement and supplement in-house Digital skills that will enable ISD to mitigate the risks associated with legacy systems; to ensure the infrastructure, applications and data estate is kept up-to-date and maintained in accordance with best Digital management practices; and to lead innovation, exploit Digital practices and technologies and be in the best position possible to deliver current and future services effectively. - To measurably enhance the capabilities of teams and individuals in ISD at each phase by providing skills and knowledge transfer that builds sustainable capability in Digital methods and tools.
