The supply of Continence Pads and Garments to All entities constituted pursuant to the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978, (i.e. all NHS Scotland Health Boards, Special Health Boards and the Authority or other NHS organisation established pursuant to the NHS(Scotland) Act 1978) and any Integrated Joint Boards established pursuant to the new Public Bodies (Joint Working) Scotland Act 2014.

The contract is to is to establish a Framework Agreement for a fully managed supply and delivery of disposable and reusable (washable) continence products to acute settings, our National Distribution Centre, patient's homes and residential care homes. Assistance with clinical support evaluations and training will be required throughout the framework period It is also expected that tenderers have the capacity to manage the full ordering and delivery service process via an appropriate secure software application such as teleservice, online portal. To support community delivery via the management of health board bespoke patient prescription data, and also have the delivery capability to meet the expected cycles for home and care home deliveries. Typical delivery cycles are 4, 8 or 12 week
