he National Procurement Service on behalf of the Welsh WGCD on behalf of the Welsh Public Sector wishes to establish a collaborative framework agreement for the leasing of Cars, Vans, Specialist Vehicles over 3.5 Tonne GVW and Electric Vehicles.
