EoECPH wishes to provide support to the NHS and the wider arena of publicly funded services with the provision of Private & Overseas Patient Income Recovery to assist them in reducing Private & Overseas Patient debt. The purpose of this procurement is to secure service providers to audit Private & Overseas Patient debt reports and liaise either directly or with insurance brokers to recovery the debt. As well as identifying any undercharging and upskilling of staff with the billing process

The purpose of the PIN is to engage suppliers to understand market capability and capacity to deliver the requirements. This notice is for information only and the Contracting Authority reserves the right to not proceed to tender or at its absolute discretion to amend it at the time of issue of any further notice or notices or at any other time.

As part of the pre-tender strategy, EOECPH would like to engage with suppliers of these products/services via a market engagement exercise. Suppliers are asked to take part in the market engagement exercise through completing a questionnaire. The information provided will help to form the way the service specification is designed for a framework that will last 4 years. The Contracting Authority intends to use an eTendering system in this procurement exercise.
