The support offered to young people will be tailored to each young person's individual needs and should include, but is not limited to: * Maintaining health and well-being * How to access health services * Budgeting and Finance Management * Self-help and domestic skills * What support services they are entitled to and can access * How to look after a property, and sustain a tenancy * Support in finding education and employment opportunities * Finding and securing 'Move-On' accommodation The Service will need to consider TUPE arrangements for employees who are currently delivering the service.",
