Notice Description
Scottish Water (SW) intends to be purchasing SW branded bottled mineral water from Refresco Drinks UK Ltd and Shepley Spring Ltd. This is to support SW response to operational incidents and supply interruptions (approximate value of PS100k per year). There's already an existing framework agreement with The Deeside Water Company Ltd for the Supply of Bottled Water which was concluded in May 2022 with the approximate value of PS150k per year. The contractual arrangement with Refresco Drinks UK Ltd and Shepley Spring Ltd will strengthen SW's resilience in responding to operational incidents and supply interruptions.
