The Contracting Authority reserves the right to award the contract in whole, in part or annul the tendering process and not award any contract. 2. The Academy will deliver long-term sustainability and respond to change, providing a dynamic capability for Wales. Delivered through a case-based pedagogy, the ILA will offer an evolving portfolio of flexible, accessible, experiential practice-based learning opportunities and best in class, Masters Level, experiential learning programme for frontline staff at all levels of health and care organisations. Due to this course outline, the Health Board has a requirement for Immersive Leadership Training and Community Organising.",

Simulations, role play, and virtual learning environments can be considered immersive learning. It should be noted that providers who rely on classroom based teaching will not be considered. During the contract, the Health Board may require a number of call offs from the provider such as; - provision of multi-day immersive leadership training experiences for groups of health care leaders as part of wider leadership development programmes, - short workshops and activities at events and training days, - sessions on the development and use of immersive leadership training with members of the Cardiff and Vale team.
