The Association as a registered housing association with charitable status is required to work within the regulatory framework for Northern Ireland Housing Associations which is the responsibility of the Department for Communities (DfC). Therefore in compliance with these requirements and to maintain good governance. Choice Housing Ireland Limited ("Choice") and its group subsidiaries, wishes to appoint a suitably qualified firm to provide internal audit services.
