Notice Description
The requirement is for a Supplier to independently assess candidates as part of our Head of Department and Director recruitment processes. The Supplier must be able to assess candidates against criteria provided by the FCA (both in terms of a specific leadership skills framework and more role specific), as well as the broader market, to offer a judgement on the suitability of those candidates against a particular role or level more generally. The Supplier will provide a report and make recommendations to mitigate any transitional risks. In cases where there is more than one candidate the Supplier is expected to make a recommendation as to the most suitable candidate. The Supplier will also be expected to provide detailed feedback to all candidates assessed.
