Framework for provision of Security Services. The successful Service Provider awarded the framework will be responsible for providing the service, liaising closely with the Derby City Council Representatives.

Options: The initial contract period is 3 years; the contract is estimated to commence 01/11/2022 and expire 31/10/2025. There will be an option to extend the contract for 1 year subject to satisfactory performance and business needs. Maximum contract period is 4 years. There is a maximum budget of PS3,500,000 for the first three years of the contract.
Renewal: Initial contract for 3 years with option to extend for further two years in annual increments.
