Violence Reduction Workshops for Schools
Notice Description
The OPCC is seeking interest from service providers in a forthcoming procurement to appoint a provider to work with primary and secondary schools across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight delivering workshops to support Violence Reduction. The workshops are to support both staff and children (in Years 6 and 7). Please register your interest against this project in preparation for the upcoming tender as we are keen to understand the size of the market.

We are seeking a single supplier to deliver these services who will prioritise employing and supporting staff with a level of lived experience. The Provider will be expected to follow trauma informed approach, work with the public health approach to serious violence and have a Theory of Change to support this. The Provider must have organisational experience in providing training and workshops on the following topics. * Children and young people * Multi-agency working * Knife Crime (focusing on the dangers of carrying weapons) * Gang Violence * County Lines and specifically peer drug networks * Healthy Relationships
