The estimated contract value is approximately ?190k p.a .for risk assessment circa ?950 over 5 years and ?580k p.a for the service maintenance repairs and routine monitoring circa ?2.9m over 5 years duration. This contract will be let for a duration of 3years plus 2x12months possible extensions, given a maximum term of 5years
