Residential void properties are Council domestic dwellings that have been vacated by tenants and normally require various refurbishment works to ensure each property meets Wokingham Borough Council's re-let standard and are made suitable for re-letting. Initial contract term of two years, subject to satisfactory performance, with options for WBC to extend the contract by up to four years for a maximum contract duration of six years.
Renewal: The contract may be extended for up to four years; which may be taken in increments of one year or two year periods at the discretion of WBC.
