QC are looking to procure a multi-trade contractor to undertake reactive and void works over a possible 5 year period. QC have approx 4,400 properties, and undertake approximately 400 voids per annum.

Single stage tendering (all bidders may submit a tender) in accordance with Regulation 28 'Open Procedure' of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Selection will be based upon MEAT, utilising a Quality/ Price ratio. Additional information: A Suppliers engagement event will take place on Friday 2 September 2022 at 10am, in the offices of QCHA, 45 Firhill Road, Glasgow. QC are looking to work with suitably qualified and experienced contractors to support our responsive, void and emergency repairs service to our customers. Suppliers wishing to attend should email jboyle@qcha.org.uk.
