The disciplines and a summary of the sub-criteria for each core discipline are: Strategy - Corporate Strategy, Business Model Transformation, Economic Policy, Organisational Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions, Digital Strategy, Business Process Management, Outsourcing, Broadcast & Media Technology - Technology Assessment, Technology Strategy, IT Industry Assessment, User Technology, IT Innovation, IT Transformation Management, IT Cyber Risk Finance - Corporate Finance, Business Appraisal, Crisis & Recovery, Risk Management, Accounting Advisory, Tax Advisory, Real Estate Advisory, Forensics & Litigation. The scope of the Framework will also include consultancy services for HR and Programme Management. The framework will have a term of 4 years and the estimated spend is PS4m per year.
