Notice Description
This Framework Agreement is for the supply of generic and biosimilar cancer medicines to NHS Scotland. The Goods were separated into forty-one (41) categories, each of which is identified as a "Lot". Full details of each awarded Lot is contained in section II.2 of this Notice.
Lot Information
Lot 1 Bendamustine Powder For Solution For Infusion
Supply of Bendamustine Powder For Solution For Infusion to NHS Scotland. The Authority has awarded all presentations within this lot to a single supplier.
Renewal: The Authority is entitled at its sole discretion to extend the Framework Agreement for up to a maximum of twenty four (24) months by giving a minimum of three (3) months written notice of such extension(s).
Lot 2 Capecitabine TabletsSupply of Capecitabine Tablets to NHS Scotland. The Authority has awarded all presentations within this lot to a single supplier.
