                "description": "Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service (NFRS) currently declare 4 Water and Flood Rescue Boat Operator (WFRBO) teams for national deployment, so all crews must be trained to the standard of DEFRA Flood Rescue Concept of Operations (November 2019), Module 4. To address the training needs in this subject matter, NFRS currently sends personnel away to an external Rescue 3 Europe accredited training provider for residential initial and refresher training. NFRS has an objective to continue with the success of this training model and has appointed a Rescue 3 Europe accredited training provider with a proven track record of delivering initial and refresher WFRBO residential training courses.The Training Provider shall design and deliver a Rescue 3 Europe accredited Programme of training that complies with the requirements of and achieves the standard as prescribed by the DEFRA Flood Rescue Concept of Operations (November 2019), Module 4. The Providers Training Programme will include initial and re-certification training courses for NFRS staff; the training shall be residential and supported with appropriate training materials and learning resources. Additional information: The Council has the right to extend this contract by a further 3 years. The value included is an estimate ( actual value will depend on usage). Value is over the total length of the contract ( including the extension) and includes VAT but not inflation.",
