The documents published were the pre-qualification and the Invitation to tender in conjunction with Document 5 specification - (primary schools and secondary schools) and framework agreement contracts which are applicable to the entire procedure.

The Authority conducted the procurement for schools catering services framework. The documents published were the pre-qualification and the Invitation to tender in conjunction with Document 5 specification - (primary schools and secondary schools) and framework agreement contracts which are applicable to the entire procedure. Approved list of providers was identified and invited unto the framework agreement following a thorough evaluation and internal governance clearance.
Options: The ITT for School catering was based on 100% quality for the purposes of preselecting contractors to be awarded onto a place on the framework. At 'Call Off' stage the evaluation criteria will be as follows: School Catering: 30% Price 30% Quality 40% Presentation/Suitability (Inclusive of Social Value)
