Section 1 - Lots 1 to 11 Tree Surgery
FMM-21-008 Tree Surgery and Tree Surveying for the Education Authority. Additional information: Education Authority for Northern Ireland has awarded the following competition - a Framework Agreement for the Provision of Tree Surgery and Tree Surveying Services throughout Northern Ireland. This framework Agreement has been established on behalf of EA, Primary and Post Primary schools under the control of the EA, Catholic Maintained Schools, Independent Schools in NI, Irish Medium Schools in NI, both Controlled and Voluntary Grammar Schools, Nursery School for NI both controlled and Catholic Maintained, school meals kitchens on-site at all of these schools, and Controlled Youth Centres https://www.education-ni.gov.uk/services/schools-plus, Further Education Colleges in NI https://www.nidirect.gov.uk/contacts/further-education-fecolleges, Grant Controlled Integrated Education Schools in NI https://www.nicie.org/parents/schoolfinder/, Independent Schools in N https://www.isc.co.uk/schools/northern-ireland/, Libraries NI https://www.librariesni.org.uk/Libraries/, EA Teachers' and Educational Centres, Council for the Curriculum, Examination and Assessment NI CCEA, Armagh Observatory and Planetarium, Middletown Centre for Autism, Controlled Schools Support Council CSSC, Northern Ireland Council for Integrated Education NICIE who may also use this Framework.The value shown in II.2.6 is the highest value estimated in the following range for all Tree Surgery lots lots 1 to 11: PS1,100,000 and PS5,500,000 excluding VAT Total value of all lots 1 to 11 PS6,600,000 including VAT GBP which has been calculated on the basis of a maximum value of PS500,000 for each of the 11 lots excluding vat, the 4 year framework period and contingency for higher demand during the Framework Period for all Clients. There is no commitment as to the usage, volume, or value of products required under this Framework Agreement. In exceptional circumstances, if the successful contractor is unable to carry out work, the Education Authority reserves the right, at their discretion, to engage another successful contractor from another Lot. Mini-Competitions: Further competitions may be commissioned during the framework term for additional Tree Surgery and Tree Surveying Services. Such competitions will be run with all Contractors appointed to the framework, irrespective of the Lot they were awarded unless otherwise excluded through poor performance. At the time of any mini-competition, the Clients will decide. the Contract term, which shall be no longer than a period of four years.

There is no commitment as to the usage volume or value of orders required under this Framework Agreement. In exceptional circumstances, if the successful contractor is unable to carry out work, the Education Authority reserves the right, at their discretion, to engage another successful contractor from another Lot.
