Specialist Co-Located IDVA Service

Lot 1 pertains to the procurement of the Specialist Co-located IDVA Service, providing frontline support to victims/survivors through advocates based within Hammersmith & Fulham's statutory services - Housing, Criminal Justice, Childrens Social Care. The aim of this service is to improve the safety and outcomes of victims/survivors of abuse within the borough engaging with statutory services, as well as improve the response of LBHF's statutory services to domestic abuse through training and consultation. Additional information: The service will include additional provision for victims/survivors of abuse with complex and multiple disadvantage (insecure immigration status, complex mental health needs, substance misuse). To best serve the borough and reflect the diverse needs of victims/survivors, we particularly welcome bids from specialist by and for services, including consortium bids.

Impact Project (Domestic Abuse Criminal Justice Project) Performance & Review Service

Lot 2 pertains to the commissioning of co-ordination services of the Criminal Justice element of the co-located project. The Criminal Justice Performance and Review service monitors Domestic Abuse cases through the criminal justice system from the point of arrest to case disposal. The Performance and Review Coordinator works in partnership with the Criminal Justice IDVA, Police, and other criminal justice partners to improve the experience and outcomes for survivors of DA going through the criminal justice system in Hammersmith & Fulham.
