Notice Description

The National Physical Laboratory's (NPL) requirement is a for a low temperature water electrolyser test station able to test single cell electrolysers at up to 250 A and pressures of 50 bar. This equipment is needed to extend NPL's test capability to more industrially relevant conditions, increase throughput, enable longer term testing, and improve result quality. The test station should be fully user programmable, automated to support long term (>1000 h) continuous operation and diagnostic experiments, and ensure safe operation at all times. The requirement is for the test station and any required on-site commissioning and training on use of the equipment.
