    "description": "The contract estimated value is based on the Council estimated volume requirements, however this is a Zero guarantee contract and therefore the actual volume required and contract value may differ to contract value set out in this notice. The Council is using the London Tenders portal to conduct this exercise, which can be accessed using this link https://www.londontenders.org/ The use of this system allows a full audit trail of communication with providers to ensure fair treatment as well as to maintain full confidentiality.
