The City of York Council has an opportunity for the Clifton Explore Library Learning Centre. The Council requires a Principal Contractor to undertake the following works all in accordance with CDM 2015 regulations: Partial demolition of the former Clifton Without Junior School . Construct new single and two storey Explore Library Learning Centre Alterations to the existing building Modifications to site drainage New power supply Pre Construction Information Clifton Library Learning Centre ref 200043 Complete heating and lighting installation. Data and fibre. Site alterations for new entrance pathways.
