Options: The Initial Contract Period is for 3 years 01/04/2021 to 31/03/2024, with an optional extension period of +1 year
Procurement Information
To ensure continuity of service to the DVA for their critical business functions, the DVA require a modification of this contract value to ensure continuity of this critical service. The Authority will be relying on Regulation 72(1) (b) Additional works, services or supplies "have become necessary" and were not included in the initial procurement and a change of supplier would not be practicable (for economic, technical or interoperability reasons) and would involve substantial inconvenience/duplication of costs. This modification is for a total of PS345,394.11 leading to a revised contract total of PS2,891,937.06.
