The original contract was envisaged to be complete by November 2024 however to successfully complete the activities surrounding our in-flight projects it is necessary to retain the services delivered from the incumbent supplier for a further 12 months.",

COPFS has encountered issues attracting and recruiting experienced staff for its Database Team. This has dramatically increased COPFS reliance on 3rd party services as the team are not fully resourced and are still acquiring the required knowledge and skills to migrate the current Database Environment and Infrastructure and to support the legacy systems. It is crucial to ensure continuity and successful management of the database environment, that the 3rd party service is supplied by an organisation that has the required in-depth knowledge of COPFS environment and infrastructure, including FOS and PROMIS, as well as extensive experience and up to date qualifications and skills in Oracle DBA."
