A third floor cafe is currently mothballed as the service is not commercially viable at this point. The incumbent caterer is the Pollen Partnership. The Academy is pushing ahead with plans to revitalise the services and manage operating costs on site quickly. The start date for the new contract is February 9th 2023 - the start of the half term break. This is a challenging timescale and as a result the tender will be an accelerated, restricted process.
