The Council invited tenders for the supply of supplies and services in respect of the provision and configuration of a cloud based housing management system with ongoing support and product updates throughout the contract lifespan. The aims/objectives/service priorities of this contract are: * Provision and ongoing support of a cloud-based housing management system that will capture information relating to social housing tenancy management, application management and bidding. * Implementation services including configuration and training * Data mapping support The contract is for an initial period of 60 months with the option to extend for a further 60 months making 120 months in total.

Options: Core contract is for 60 months and 1x Extension available for a further 60 months (making a total maximum contract period of 120 months). Extension of contract is subject to: Any proposed extension is subject to satisfactory performance by the supplier and in accordance with the Council's business requirements. Any proposed extension to the contract will be agreed in writing between the Council and the supplier.
