Notice Description

The intention of this Competition is for Alpha Housing to establish a multi-supplier Framework for the procurement of Contracting Services. These services relate to refurbishment projects with a pre-tender estimate construction value less than PS1,000,000 (PS1m GBP) excluding VAT. It is envisaged that (subject to a sufficient number of compliant and satisfactory responses being received) Alpha Housing will appoint a maximum of six (6) Contractors to the Framework. Alpha Housing intends to award Call-off Contracts under the Framework using a mini competition. The anticipated duration of the Framework Agreement will be for an initial period of two (2) years with an option to extend for two (2) further periods of twelve (12) months each. The potential value, excluding VAT, of this Framework has been estimated between PS3,000,000 to PS5,000,000 (four years).
