The Authority reserves the right not to award the Contract as a result of the procurement process commenced by the publication of this notice; and to make changes as it deems fit to the content and structure of the competition whilst ensuring compliance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/102); and in no circumstances will the Authority be liable for any costs incurred by Tenderers.
