The West London Alliance (WLA) comprising seven Local Authorities (Barnet, Brent, Ealing, Hammersmith and Fulham, Harrow, Hillingdon, and Hounslow) is working collaboratively with Westminster and the Royal Brough of Kensington & Chelsea (RBKC) to commission an Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Service for Unemployed Users of West London Drug and Alcohol (D&A) Services.

Employment Support through an Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Service for Unemployed Users of West London Drug and Alcohol Services. The contract is for an initial Duration of 2 years with option to extend by 3 further 1 year periods. The funding for year 1 and 2 is PS1,490,000
Renewal: The contract will include provision to renew for up to 3 period of 12 months each, subject to funding being available
