Notice Description
Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust (the "Authority") is issuing this supplier questionnaire ("SQ") in connection with the competitive procurement for the provision of Nuclear Medicine Viewing Software.<br/>The bidders who pass the requirements of the SQ provision (the "Bidders") capable of performing the contract, who will be issued with an Invitation to Tender (ITT).<br/>The contract will be based on the NHS Terms and Conditions. These terms and conditions and the draft ITT are available at https://health-family.force.com/s/Welcome<br/>The Authority is using the Atamis e-Tendering Portal to conduct the procurement process ("the e-Tendering Portal"). The e-Tendering Portal can be accessed via https://health-family.force.com/s/Welcome All communications (including submissions of SQ responses) should be carried out via the e Tendering Portal.
