Notice Description
2.1 The Authority wishes to engage with a third party for the provision and management of a Unified Communications solution. This opportunity to assist the Authority covers the following main areas and is fully described in Appendix 7 Specification for Provision and Management of a Unified Communications Solution and includes i. The provision of a communications infrastructure which is cost effective, secure, reliable and resilient. ii. Support, maintenance, and training on the delivered solution iii. The provision of relevant software, licencing, features, and functionality to support the organisational business as usual requirements.

2.1 The Authority wishes to engage with a third party for the provision and management of a Unified Communications solution. Additional information: County Durham and Darlington Fire and Rescue Service will only accept queries, quotations, tenders and any other associated procurement documentation via this electronic portal.
Renewal: 3.5. The proposed contract is to be let with an option to extend for a further 2 x 12 months from the actual end date.
