Whilst based in Chesterfield, this service will be open and accessible to anyone living in Derby and Derbyshire. As a result of this procurement exercise an agreement will be established with the successful Bidder(s) for an initial term of 3 years with the option to extend for a further period of 2 years, subject to ongoing funding being available; assured performance; and system wide evaluation demonstrating positive cost and impact analysis. The successful provider is expected to be fully operational, providing services from 1st July 2023. There is a financial threshold associated with this procurement. No bids over the following annual values or values for the lifetime of the contract will be accepted: Lot 1 - Safe Haven in Chesterfield / North Derbyshire: Maximum Annual Value of PS200,000 and Potential Maximum Procurement Value Over 5 Year Lifetime (Including Extension) of PS1,000,000 In addition, there will be non-Recurrent Capital Payments which will be a one-off payment of PS150,000 for each lot.
