T0521 - Crane and Davit Maintenance and Support Framework Agreement
Notice Description
The Trinity House Vessels run a number of cranes, davits and lifting devices all needing various levels of intervention and support. In pursuance of this Trinity House intends to place a framework agreement utilising six lots. TH would then place individual orders against the framework agreement to address their individual demands.
Lot Information
Lot 1 to 4
Lots 1 to 4 - For an agreement of the supply of equipment, inspection, maintenance, service, repair, renewal, modification and spares of structure and systems on board any of Trinity House's owned or operated ships, vessels, small craft and workboats.
Renewal: The intended term of the framework agreement will be three years, with an option to extend the agreement for a further twelve month period on the mutual agreement of Trinity House and the successful tenderer(s).
Lot 5Lot 5 - To provide inspection, maintenance, repair and service for wooden, fibre glass, steel and other construction workboats.
Renewal: The intended term of the framework agreement will be three years, with an option to extend the agreement for a further twelve month period on the mutual agreement of Trinity House and the successful tenderer(s).
Lot 6To provide Marine Engineering, Naval Architectural, Mechanical Engineering and Draughting Technical support in respect of the works relating to Trinity House's owned or operated ships, vessels, small craft and work boats.
Renewal: The intended term of the framework agreement will be three years, with an option to extend the agreement for a further twelve month period on the mutual agreement of Trinity House and the successful tenderer(s).
Gravity DavitsInspection and maintenance including weight assessment and overload tests on boats and simple gravity davits.

Hydraulic DavitsMaintenance of complex davit systems
Renewal: The intended term of the framework agreement will be three years, with an option to extend the agreement for a further twelve month period on the mutual agreement of Trinity House and the successful tenderer(s).
Derrick Crane & block maintenancePreventive Maintenance on blocks, wires and running gear of Derrick Cranes including regular condition audits.
Renewal: The intended term of the framework agreement will be three years, with an option to extend the agreement for a further twelve month period on the mutual agreement of Trinity House and the successful tenderer(s).
Hydraulic Crane maintenanceOverhaul, repair and remanufacture deck cranes including technical and design support for cranes, their associated machinery and control systems.

Abilities to Support ReplacementOn occasion, there may be a need to provide support in the full or partial replacement of above mentioned equipment. Please provide details of your capability & capacity to supply.
