Thames Water will endeavour but does not undertake to review all of the responses received, either fully or at all. The information set out in the supplier information pack (available through IASTA Smartsource, details below) is not exhaustive and has been prepared by Thames Water to provide the market with relevant background information. This survey is a standalone exercise intended to gather information and it does not form part of any formal procurement process.
