Lot 1
The Council has a statutory duty to provide building/premises compliance, repair and maintenance to ensure the safe use of office and public accessible buildings. This primarily involves the maintenance of and repairs to properties, and plant and equipment within those buildings. This contract covers all the requirements. Additional information: This is an notification of an intention to award a contract
Options: This is a 2 year contract with the option to extend for a further 2 years to 2027
